The beach at Tahoe that's been closed for three years is back
D.L. Bliss State Park on Tahoe's west shore reopened in May after a three-year, $5 million rebuild of its water system. Camping, the Rubicon Trail, and a beach a lot of longtime locals forgot was ever closed.
